ALIGN fascia research

OUR MISSION

Distill and democratize
fascial research, making it accessible to all

Our top concern has—and will always be—to get fascial research into the hands of the wellness community. We regularly host workshops and trainings (taught by our staff and other renowned educators), allowing us to share first-hand research with a larger audience. Here, you’ll find a primer on what fascia is and its impact on the human body, recent blog posts, and initiatives with partner labs across the globe.
